How to use these resources

Inclusion Advisors with an intellectual disability from across Australia shared their experiences and ideas to help people who work in government and other organisations be more accessible and inclusive.

Together we have created a range of helpful, easy to use resources. These include:

• Tip sheets
• Videos

These can be used individually or all together depending on your role and the nature of your work.

The resources will be especially helpful for people who work in:

• Policy development
• Engagement and co-design
• Internal and external communications
• Management and leadership
• Human resources

As well as information and tips, the resources include reflective practice questions for you and your team to help think about putting these ideas into action.
