IANT submission on the Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport
The Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport (the Standards) are a set of rules that all public transport providers must follow to make sure that public transport is accessible to people with disability.
The Standards are reviewed by the Australian Government every five years to see how well they are working.
Inclusion Australia Northern Territory made a submission to the Review about how to make transport safe and easy to use for people with an intellectual disability.
