Senate Select Committee on Work and Care
The Senate Select Committee on Work and Care was appointed by the Australia Senate in August 2022 to inquire into the impact that combining work and care responsibilities has on the wellbeing of workers, carers, and those they care for.
The committee considered evidence on the extent and nature of work and care arrangements, the adequacy of current support systems, and effective work and care policies and practices in place in Australia and overseas.
