Inquiry into the 2022 Federal Election
On 23 August 2022 the Joint Standing Committee on Electoral Matters held an inquiry into the 2022 Federal Election.
They wanted to find out a number of issues to do with the way the 2022 Federal Election was conducted. This included how to support increased electoral participation by making elections more accessible to people with disability.
Inclusion Australia made a submission to the Inquiry. We made recommendations about how Australia’s electoral process can be more inclusive and accessible to people with an intellectual disability.
