Employment has been a big part of Inclusion Australia’s work for a long time. We made two Easy Read resources about Inclusive Employment.

Inclusive employment means everyone gets a fair chance to find and keep a job.
It is making sure people with an intellectual disability can earn proper wages and have the same choices as other Australians. Real jobs for real wages give people with an intellectual disability financial independence, social connections and choices.
Inclusive practice means making changes at work so everyone can take part and is treated fairly.
We made two Easy Read resources about Inclusive Employment.
These resources are for:
- People with an intellectual disability
- Employers of people with an intellectual disability
- Co-workers of people with an intellectual disability.
