Joint Submission to the Australian Treasury’s Employment White Paper
In September 2022 the Australian Government held the Jobs and Skills Summit at Parliament House to work constructively on the challenges and opportunities facing the Australian labour market and economy.
The Employment White Paper (the White Paper) will build on the Summit themes and outcomes.
The White Paper will be released by the end of September 2023.
It will have an overarching focus on the objectives of full employment and productivity growth for the benefit of all Australians, along with women’s economic participation and equality. On 29 September 2022, the Government released the White Paper Terms of Reference.
This joint submission was developed by seven Disability Representative Organisations, including Inclusion Australia in response to the Terms of Reference.
