Section 10 NDIS supports lists
The Australian Government is making some changes to the law about the NDIS under a Bill called the ‘National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Getting the NDIS Back on Track No. 1) Bill 2024’. You can read more about the new law here.
The changes in the law will allow other changes to be made to the NDIS, like the recommendations made by the NDIS Review.
The changes will take some time to happen. While we wait, the Government needs to make a rule about how NDIS money can be spent. To make the rule, the Government came up with lists about what supports can be paid for by the NDIS. They asked the community for feedback.
