The Australian Government wants to make changes to the law about the NDIS.

The law is called the NDIS Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Bill 2026.

We will call it the Bill for short.

Before the Bill can become a law, a Senate Committee asked people to share their ideas and feedback.

The Senate Committee wanted to hear from:
- people with disability
- families
- organisations
- other people interested in the changes.

Inclusion Australia also sent written feedback to the Senate Committee.

We shared our views about how the changes may affect:
- people with an intellectual disability
- families.

You can read our big submission here (or click below).

We also made Easy Read information about what Inclusion Australia thinks about the Bill.
