The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (the Commission) is reviewing the NDIS Practice Standards.
The Practice Standards are rules that explain what NDIS providers and workers must do to make sure supports are safe, high quality, and meet the needs and rights of all NDIS participants.
We made a submission to the Review. Our submission makes recommendations for how the Commission can make sure the Practice Standards work well for people with an intellectual disability, including people with complex needs.
